“ Wir haben 2 Nächte im Hotel übernachtet . Gleich am ersten Abend haben wir uns entschieden im Restaurant 1803 zu essen und haben das Menü gewählt. Wir wurden sehr vornehm zu unseren Tisch auf der Terrasse begleitet, leider dauerte es bis ein Kellner uns die Karten gebracht hat und natürlich dauerte es auch, bis wir unsere Getränke und Essen aufgeben konnten. Wir haben leider vom Nachbartisch mitbekommen das es in der Küche etwas Personal technisch unterbesetzt ist daher wird es wohl alles länger dauern. Diese Info hätten wir lieber auch sofort erfahren sollen dann würden wir es auch entspannter sein . Leider fehlte Salz und Gewürze an dem Hauptgang und der Salat war naja nicht so schön angerichtet wie man es von dem Hotel mit 4 Sternen erwartet. Das Personal muss wirklich geschult werden , man läuft auch nicht an den Tischen entlang auch wenn es stressig ist . In der Ruhe liegt die Kraft . Das Ambiente ist sehr schön , das Restaurant hat sein Flair. Frühstück ist hervorragend. ”
“ Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren wir drei Mal im Fine Art essen. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich, hat aber sicher für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Besonders haben mich die gut abgestimmten und kreativen Beilagen angesprochen, die sicher nicht TK, und frisch zubereitet waren. Alles perfekt abgeschmeckt. Absolutes Highlight ist die Anti Pasta als Starter. So viel Auswahl habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Und teilweise Hausgemacht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, vielleicht aber teilweise etwas überlastet, was wegen der Corona Auflagen aber leicht zu entschuldigen ist. Ich freue mich schon aufs nächste Mal. ”

“ Da wir in dem Hotel schon so gut wie Stammgäste sind, sind wir auch recht oft im Fine Art essen. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und super lecker. Leider muss man zu Stoßzeiten recht lang einen Tisch suchen. Es kann laut werden.. Das Essen am Abend (hatten immer ein 3 Gänge Menü) ist jeden Cent wert. Sehr lecker... Getränkepreise sind stolz. Auch hier ist bei Stoßzeiten nicht alles reibungslos. Man muss teilweise lange auf einen Kellner warten. Aber zu empfehlen !! ”
